The animal park “Fasanerie”
The zoo “Fasanerie” in Arnstadt about 37,9 km (about 34 min. by car) away from Rudolstadt
Since 1956 the animal park “Fasanerie” in Arnstadt is a popular destination for the whole family.
The zoo has an area of 2.5 hectares and is big enough to spend the day there. You can observe about 55 native and exotic animals and even pet some of them. Deer, llamas, monkeys, birds, mouflons have their home here. There is also a large playground for the children.
